  • White cyc wall, black wall/floor, 4 seamless backdrop wall, & garage door. Ideal for nearly any type of photoshoot, most video shoots, and even a few TV Shows & Films have shot here and used the space. 

• Green Room aka Dressing Room

  • Barbershop make-up chair, vanity & mirror, full length mirror, tables and director's chair. Perfect place to bring all your outfits and change or have a Make-up Artist do you hair & make-up. ​

• Sound Proof Audio Room

  • Small sound proof audio room ​made for Voice Over Work & Recording. No audio engineer, but there is a mic, ring light, and TV mounted on wall if you need to Dub.

• Bathroom with Sink

  • Because your clients and you might need it.​

• Small Kitchen with Fridge, Microwave, Toaster & Keurig. 

  • Great place you can setup for a small craft services, or a place where your clients can get a drink or snack​.

• Lobby

  • Open receptionist desk & computer chair, two comfortable arm chairs, leather couch & 60 in. TV with a ready to use FireStick.​​​
